Returns & Refunds Policy (Print-on-Demand)

Made-to-order items

All of our products are made to order (produced especially for you when you place an order). Because of this, we generally don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference-based reasons (e.g., “I don’t like it”, “ordered the wrong item”).

Please check the product description and size guide carefully before ordering.


Problems we do cover (misprint, damage, defect)

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ll make it right with a replacement (reprint) or refund, as appropriate. In many cases, you won’t need to return the item—just contact us with evidence of the issue.

To report a problem: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly. We’ll still assess issues raised after 14 days in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law, and where possible within our fulfilment partner’s claim timeframes.

Include:

  • Order number

  • What’s wrong (short description)

  • Clear photos showing the issue (and packaging damage if relevant)


Lost packages (in transit)

If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and help resolve it.

If tracking shows the order was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check around the delivery location, ask others at the address, and contact the carrier first. We’ll also help you with next steps.


Returned-to-sender / wrong address / unclaimed parcels

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unclaimed delivery, or unclaimed at customs, reshipping may require additional shipping costs. Please contact us as soon as you notice an address issue so we can advise the best option.


How returns work (if approved)

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be processed. If a return is required and approved, we’ll provide the correct return instructions.


Refunds (timing)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider.


Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

For customers in Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.
