By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

1) Online store terms

By using this site, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence (or you have permission of a parent/guardian). You must not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

2) General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time (to the extent permitted by law). You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.

3) Products and made-to-order fulfilment

Many of our items are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand partner (including Printful). Because items are produced after purchase:

  • minor variations in colour/print placement may occur between screen previews and the final product

  • changes/cancellations may not be possible once an order has entered production

4) Pricing and availability

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Currency conversion and any fees are determined by your payment provider. Prices may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue products at any time. We do our best to display product colours accurately, but we can’t guarantee your device will show colours exactly.

5) Orders, payment, and billing

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • you are authorised to use the payment method provided

  • you will provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information

  • we may limit, cancel, or refuse any order (including suspected fraud or unauthorised activity)

If we cancel an order after payment, we’ll arrange an appropriate refund.

6) Shipping and delivery

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only. Shipping delays can occur due to production times, carrier delays, customs, peak periods, or events outside our control.

7) Returns, refunds, and issues

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms. Please refer to that policy for the process and eligibility rules. In general:

  • made-to-order items aren’t eligible for change-of-mind returns

  • misprints, damage, or defects will be resolved via replacement or refund as appropriate

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law (for Australian customers).

8) Accuracy of information

We try to keep product descriptions and site content accurate, but we don’t warrant that all information is error-free, complete, or current. If we discover a significant error (e.g., pricing or description), we may correct it and, where appropriate, contact you about your order.

9) User comments, feedback, and submissions

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content for marketing or store purposes. You must not post anything unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or that violates someone else’s rights.

10) Intellectual property

All content on this site — including artwork, designs, graphics, logos, product images, and written content — is owned by or licensed to Super Stoked and is protected by intellectual property laws. “Super Stoked” is a registered trade mark in Australia, China, Indonesia, and the United States. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content or trade marks from this site without our prior written permission.

11) Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the site or its content:

  • for any unlawful purpose

  • to infringe intellectual property

  • to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, or discriminate

  • to upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt the site

We may terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

12) Third-party services and links

We may use third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, fulfilment partners, shipping carriers) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

13) Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the site and service are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service.

14) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Super Stoked will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded under law, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted.

15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Super Stoked harmless from any claim or demand (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

16) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state of Victoria. You agree to submit to the courts of Victoria.

17) Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting changes on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
