Free shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Where to find delivery estimates
Shipping and delivery information (including estimates) is shown on each individual product page in the Shipping information tab.
Made-to-order fulfilment
All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand production partner. This means your order is produced after you place it.
Processing (production) time
Production times vary by product and season. As a general guide, fulfilment averages 2–5 business days before an order ships. Printful+1
Estimated delivery timeframe
Estimated delivery is typically calculated as: production (fulfilment) time + shipping time = estimated delivery time. Printful+1
The most accurate estimate for your order will be the one shown in the Shipping information tab on the product page and/or at checkout.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Address accuracy & changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. Address updates may be possible before an order ships, but once an order is marked as shipped, the address can’t be changed. Printful Help Center
Split shipments
If your order contains multiple items (or items fulfilled from different locations), it may ship in separate parcels and arrive at different times.
Customs, duties & import taxes (international orders)
International orders may be subject to customs processing, duties, or import taxes set by your local authorities. Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delays
Delivery estimates are just that—estimates. Carrier delays can happen due to peak periods, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.
Lost packages (in transit)
If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll help investigate. To allow us to lodge a claim with our fulfilment partner/carrier, lost shipment issues must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Printful Help Center+1
